First of all, their positioning says a lot to me. Mainly Medic and Spy. Medic is the only holding Scout, he obviously got there first and also got the closest to the zombie and potentially anymore drawn by Scout's struggle and the blood from his bite. It's nice to see Medic portrayed as he should be, in the thick of it and not afraid to run headlong into whatever is going on.
Spy is also great. His positioning suggests he was on Medic's heels and possibly even got in the way, prompting Heavy to pull him back. This is the guy that relies more on disguises and his stealth skills and yet ran headlong after the mad doctor to save the son he goaded into this mess with his insults, despite the danger it would be putting himself in. That's great.
